I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a Wife, a Mother, and many other things as most. Through all of these roles I know that life is hard and unfortunately no one is exempt. Are you wanting to work on becoming your best self, alone and with others. Are you putting others first? That is very honorable but not when it is at the expense of neglecting yourself.

Approach and Session Info
I value and take providing culturally competent counseling very seriously. My therapeutic approach is tailored to you and your needs. I mainly utilize a cognitive-behavioral and solution focused based model of treatment. No matter if you are suffering from depression, anxiety, pregnancy related depression/anxiety, having difficulties in the workplace or just struggling with daily life stress we can work together .
I offer professioinal individual counseling sessions for those 18 years old and up.
Virtual visits are held from the comfort of your home or wherever you choose via secure video
